About the Role
Support the HR team in the recruitment cycle which includes sourcing candidates, prescreening CVs and scheduling interviews.
Preparing of offer packs and employment contracts.
Conduct the required checks prior to onboarding to ensure compliance. (References, Right to Work and DBS)
Conduct HR Inductions and provide the relevant teams such as Payroll, IT and facilities with the correct information for all new starters.
Requirements
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field is preferred.
Excellent standard of written and verbal communication
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook
