Banking, Accounts Receivable & Payable, Fixed Assets, Insurance, Master Creation, Audit Annexures, Preparation of Revenue & Capex Budgets, Taxation, Inter Unit advices, Query resolution, Invoicing, Customer Outstanding, MIS, Maintenance of Accounts records etc.
Requirements
• Manage and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with GST rules.
• Prepare and analyse profit and loss statements, budget forecasts, and cash flow reports, and assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Support the development and monitoring of budgets and financial plans, conducting financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of all financial reporting.
• Utilise Zoho Billing, CRM, and Subscriptions to manage invoicing, customer relations, and subscription-based revenue streams effectively.
• Assist in creating and implementing financial policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with various departments to support accurate financial reporting and adherence to budgets, providing administrative support for financial operations as required.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
